Nicolo' III a San Pietro B&B is located in Via Nicolo' III, 8.
From Termini station you can either take bus number 64 straight to us or a train to San Pietro Station. Termini has direct connections to both Fiumicino airport (about 40 minutes by train) and to Ciampino airport by coach & a bus/metro service.
When taking bus number 64 or the train, you will have to disembark at San Pietro station, take the first left turn into Via Innocenzo III and then the first right into Via Nicolo' III, we are located at building number 8.
If coming by car take the G.R.A. (Raccordo Anulare) and:
1. Take exit 1 direction Aurelia-Citta' del Vaticano
2. Take the Via Aurelia to Piazza Irnerio (about 6 Km)
3. At Piazza Irnerio turn right and go ahead until you reach Piazza Villa Carpegna (900 mt)
4. From Piazza Villa Carpegna take Via Gragorio VII (the large road with the bus lane and the trees in the middle)
5. Go straight ahead and pass Piazza Pio XI
6. After a couple of kilometers you will arrive to Piazzale Gregorio VII
7. Pass the 2 bridges of the railway take the first right then the third left
8. You have arrived at Nicolo' III
